Description : I was buying the horse from (contact submitter for name). I gave him a down payment of half the total amount and was to give the rest when he gave me the papers. Several months passed and we were in court where the judge gave me custody of the horse until I received the money I had already paid for "Kix"(also called "Wayne"). Before I returned home from the courthouse the former owner had loaded up my horse and was driving down the road when I returned. The local police were called but I was told nothing could be done because it was a civil matter. I was told that Kix might be in Ohio, because he was traded for a truck. I would like to know that he is in a good place. If he has a good home I would like to hear from you.
