Description : Owner came home from work and the horse and horse trailer were gone. Believed to be heading west in a white BrenderUp trailer with California plates. Trailer was part of sales agreement that owner accepted as partial payment for a filly. Trailer was signed over and monies were still outstanding from buyer. The buyer is believed to have taken the trailer back and removed the Stallion when buyer couldn't find filly. Stallion was in no way part of any agreement and is the owner's sole property. When LE was contacted on January 20, 2011 we were told there was an active "ongoing investigation into this case".
