I am urgently seeking to recover my blue roan mare horse, Shadow, registered with AQHA as RIOBLUEJESSVALENTINO. I acquired him on April 7th, 2025, and he was placed in training in Odessa, TX, with a professional trainer. (Inquire with the owner for the trainer's name.)
On the scheduled day for his return to East Texas, September 26th, 2025, after multiple postponed delivery dates, I was informed that he had passed away.
Subsequent investigation and confirmation from the training facility revealed that:
• Shadow was not deceased.
• He was sold without my authorization.
• He was listed through premieronlinesales.com on June 24th.
• A criminal investigation has been initiated.
• An arrest warrant has been issued, and a civil lawsuit is forthcoming regarding theft, animal neglect, and fraud.
My primary objective at this moment is to ensure the safe return of Shadow.

My partner and I are currently engaged in multiple active legal cases involving this individual. This is not rumor nor drama; it is a matter of legal action.
Current proceedings include:
• A criminal investigation in Texas regarding the theft of one of our horses. We entrusted him with our animals, only to find ourselves needing to file a case for a stolen horse. The matter is now under the jurisdiction of law enforcement.
• An Animal Control investigation concerning animal abuse and the death of one of our six horses.
This is among the most distressing aspects.
• Animal Control has opened a case addressing severe neglect and abuse, including the circumstances that resulted in the death of one of our horses while in his care. We will not remain silent about the suffering our animals endure.
• An ongoing civil case for financial, property loss, and damages, pursued through all available legal avenues. If you have experienced similar issues, please be aware: you are not alone.
