Description: I know this is a long shot..... Around 1985 I had to give up my horse Tara when my parents split up and sold our horse farm. I gave her to a girl who promised to keep her, but later sold her. Luckily I found Tara again in 1990 at a horse farm in Putnam Valley, NY (in Putnam County) She was sold to someone in brewster NY in 1992. She is 3/4 Arabian, and about 10 years old at the time. Her coloring is a very light dapple grey/almost white; she is on the small side, just under 15 hands. She is very feisty, and smart. ... Like I said, I know this is a long shot, and I realize she is most likely passed away, but I still (very much) need to know either way. (Tara would be about 35... but her mother lived to be 37... good genes). So something is tugging inside me to try to find out; and it hurts not to know. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. It is a terrible feeling not knowing where she is. I would gladly give either Tara a home again if need be; or I would just like to know they are safe and happy.
