Description: This unfortunate horse has dedicated approximately twenty-five years of his life to individuals who may have cared for him at one point in time. It is both perplexing and disheartening to comprehend how anyone could exhibit such a lack of compassion. He possesses remarkable kindness, and we firmly believe that someone must have held him in high esteem at some point in the past. Are you acquainted with him? We respectfully request that you disseminate this NetPosse Alert widely throughout the nation. Although he was discovered in California, he may have affiliations in other states within the United States.
We're eager to spread the word and information as much as possible. We would genuinely appreciate it if anyone who knows this horse or has been a past owner could contact us. While we assume that the previous/current owner might not have taken care of him, we can't help but wonder if he could be one of the horses that went missing during a disaster and was never found. Someone might be out there searching for him, or perhaps they've just lost hope.

PERSONAL NOTE FROM THE PERSON WHO FILED THE REPORT: I received a call from a neighbor inquiring if I could assist with the horse. I have personal experience with rescuing neglected and starving animals in Baja, Mexico. I visited the horse on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 10 AM, as Animal Control had been notified and was scheduled to pick him up. The videos you see are those I have recorded, along with the posts I have made on social media in hopes of discovering more about this horse's past and any potential connections to its previous whereabouts.
