Description: I’m reaching out, hoping to find out what happened to my beloved childhood horse. He was taken from me in 2004 when I was just 17, and the heartbreak has lingered for the past 20 years. His name is Even, or "Even at Last." He has distinct markings: a star, a snip, a white pastern on his right hind, a white pastern on his right front, a lip tattoo (#1705N), and a freeze brand on his left thigh that shows a backward K and an S. I’ve heard that a death certificate has been issued for him, but I’m eager to understand what transpired when he was taken away. I know that the previous owner sought him afterward, but I’m unsure how to get in touch with her. If anyone has any information, I’d be incredibly grateful. I truly miss my friend and am seeking closure now.
