He was supposed to be returned under a First Right of Refusal Agreement. Instead, he was given by the woman to a family friend in Philadelphia. The man's niece was supposedly using Kid as a barrel horse in Southern Maryland. The family friend will no longer communicate with Melana as to the horse's whereabouts.
