Description: I gave my horse to a woman,  (prior to September 2015) under the condition that if she ever wanted to get rid of my horse that she would return her to me. There was no written documentation, only a spoken agreement with a witness. I went to visit Chloe on 2/10/17 and was informed that Chloe did not live there anymore. She said that she was sold back in June of 2016, but she did not know the new owner's information. Since then she has refused to give me any contact information and I do not know what actually happened to my horse.
