Pictures are required to be sent in every 3 months, which was done up until August. Pictures were not sent in of the 2 horses that were adopted. A visit was made to the adoptive home. HHERR found out that the adopter moved, the phone was disconnected, along with her email address.
The horses are no where to be found and no contact has been made to HHERR regarding the adopter moving, or the adopter moving these horses. The adopter filled out, signed, and notarized the adoption contract as required. HHERR has ownership of these two horses. These 2 horses were last located in Clear Lake, South Dakota.
