Description: Pasture owner allegedly disposed of horses, claiming back board owed. Per owner there was no contract between me and pasture owner or next person in possession but no money due as stated by pasture owner and horses removed without with my permission. Supposedly, last person to have them is unknown mule breed in Republic, WA. Afraid horses might have been transported across into Canada for slaughter for human food
