Description: I did chores at 8 p.m. and had her out in the pasture. We were having the farrier out the following day at 4 AM and went to ring them into the barn, and she was missing. All the fence was intact, and there was no sign of her escaping on her own, no trampled grass or piles of manure anywhere around. Visited and drove through all neighboring properties without a hint of her. We have heard of horse thefts around us, and it is the only conclusion that makes sense.

9/11/2023 We still do not have any answers as to what happened to Penelope.
