Description: Zodiac was adopted on 1/23/2010. He had a follow-up visit on 5/20/2010 and all was well. He was scheduled for a second follow-up visit on 1/23/2011 but the adopter would not respond to calls. Letters were sent to his address and returned. We've been trying to track him down since then but finally have hit a dead end. We have been told he may have moved to the Mineral Wells area or to the Marble Falls area (both Texas).
