Description: Owner evicted from property, agreement for horses to stay on property for 30 days. Before completion of 30 day agreement, landowner surrendered horse due to false claims of neglect. Agreement was made that shared feeding responsibilites would take place, land owner did not fullfil agreement without notifying horse owner. Mulitple attempts have been made to rescue the horse from landowner. Attempts failed and land owner surrendered the horse and has since refused contact from horse owner.
