Name: Cheyenne Gender: Mare Species: Horse Breed: Qh cross Description: EDIT After reviewing Ohio Law I am upgrading her to STOLEN In 2019 I rehomed Cheyenne along with my gelding to some people who seemed trustworthy. They were to go to their grand daughter in NC. We had a verbal agreement and written agreement that if they could no longer keep them they were to come back to me. The gelding ended up mysteriously passing away. They stopped contacting me about Cheyenne and a fight ensued. Around October 2020 they told me she was in a new home where they loved her. Fast forward to February 2021 and I found a Sugarcreek ad with her in it but all the information was wrong. She is in her 20s and is 14hh. I had several friends confirm it was her. Then due to the uproar from my friends they pulled her from the sale and now I have spent months trying to find her. If I can't get her back I at least want to make sure she is safe as I rescued her back in 2012 and she is my first horse. I attach the pics from Sugarcreek too Area Last Seen: Caledonia, OH, 43314 Date Last Known: 2/1/2021 Contact

Stolen Horse International does not consider a case a theft unless there is a criminal case on file with local law enforcement. We know that many people feel like their horse is stolen, and understandibly so, but we go by legal classification. We do not have a criminal case number for this case at this time.
