Description: Boarded @ Boarding Facility during COVID-19 Crisis with the owner. Constant communication utilizing USPS for financial responsibilities. Communicated that horses were to be moved, delayed due to illness and fires. No response. The owner showed up, horses were not at the facility with no explanation. Boarding facility had secured a coded gate. Code never changed when old boarders left, and new boarders coming in.
