Description: A transport company was contracted to transport a horse from an Arabian Rescue in Kentucky to me. I was told that the horse would be delivered on 8/4/20 afternoon. The gate was locked on 8/3 evening when they arrived, and they left with my horse. Then the transport refused to give me the location of my horse and said he was not a "horse hotel" I tried multiple times to arrange to pick him up, but the transport took it upon themselves to return the horse to the Rescue. The rescue refuses to let me pick up my horse or refund me. The horse is in my name. The local authorities have been notified, and legal action is being taken. I have no proof that the horse was ever returned to Kentucky or is safe. If you know someone that has adopted Brody, please put them in contact with me. The horse is mine and should not be rehomed. I have paid the adoption fees and 1/2 the shipping.
