The landowner has been arrested on 7 counts of livestock theft, after 14 horses were identified as missing on June 6th. It is believed they disappeared between May 5th and May 25th. 4 of the missing horses were recovered from the Bastrop kill pen, 2 made it out of the slaughter pipeline into private homes, but 8 are still missing including Diana.
