Name: Midnight Jack Gender: Gelding Species: Horse Breed: Morgan/Cross (Grade) Description: In May of 2011 my pony Jack was taken from a farm in Howell, NJ in the middle of the night by a Lenoxville, PA hay dealer. He was supposed to be brought to this mans farm in PA for a few months while I left for Marine Corps Reserve's boot camp. He was picked up randomly one night without warning. My family paid this man monthly for his care and sent additional funds for his vet and farrier expenses. Immediately before I had left for boot camp (January 2012) I asked to see my pony, we drove to the farm but he was no where to be found. I was once told by this man that he was dropped off at a Therapeutic Riding Center for children in Long Island or Staten Island. It is believed that Jack may have never even made it to this mans farm. It's possible that he did and was never dropped off at a farm in NY.
Jack would be approximately 20-22 years old as of 2020, he is 15hh, all black, has a distinct DENT on his head to the inside of his left eye, a few white hairs on his forehead and a small white spot on his right wither. His left hind stifle was bad due to something happening before we bought him. He is a kind spunky pony and I can only hope that someone is giving him the life he deserves.
