MISSING EQUINE - Mag McCue

My 2 horses were taken last March, 2004, and I need help to find one of them. Mag McCue was last seen being sold at L CROSS AUCTION in Okeechobee, Florida on or about August 11, 2004. He was being sold by a man, who knew he was stolen. Both horses were stolen WITH their APHA Registration Papers. The family, who own the auction will not co-operate and release the information on WHO Mag McCue was sold too.

I miss my horses terribly. Collier County Sheriff, and the State Attorney are working on an arrest for Grand Theft, but I need to locate this horse. 

Mag McCue's American Paint Horse Assoc. registration paper that was stolen is still in the name of EDWARD SCHWARTZ.. We believe he is in the SOUTH FLORIDA area, as he was sold there.

Please look at the link on the STOLEN HORSE INTERNATIONAL site, and pass this info to a any horse people in your area, and on all message boards, and groups you belong to.

PLEASE HELP. I am physically terminally ill, and this is making things so much worse.

other notes: We lost our home and many belongings in hurricanes last summer, and we're just relocated by FEMA. We are very poor at this time.  

3-21-05 I spoke to the Lieutenant to the Sheriff of Collier County, and the file has been turned over to the state atty. 

If you have any people that may have their missing or stolen horses in Florida, let me know. I am beginning to be able to handle the legal process here. And there are a lot of people here I can call on for help.
