Hi,
Joyce Flick here, we are the folks who have the missing horse out here in Idaho. Little Sister, the dark gray mare. We found her. We heard that she was seen up in the area where she went missing. That was on Sunday the [26th] of Oct. We went up on Tuesday, we rode all day the next day, then all day on Thursday, looking for her, and when we returned to our outfit Thursday, there was a note on the truck, some hunters had found her hung up in a bog. We had left everyone we ran into know that we were looking for her, and the forest service had also left people know.

We set camp up at a very open spot where anyone coming in or out of the area would see our outfit and know who we were. This all paid off. She was just a little the worse for wear, the saddle was still on her, breast collar still on, minus the blanket and rifle scabbard, and the saddle had been hanging almost completely under her from what the hunters said, and it shows on her, big old sore on her back, and the back of her one front leg was all brushed burned looking. After exactly 2 weeks in the wilderness, she was happy to be back with us.

Thank you for your quick help, folks we knew from back east e mailed, asking us if it was us. The word got out pretty fast, thanks again for your help.
