Shotzee Considered Stolen in WA!

I had a police report done at the time she was taken. The local brand inspector was not any help at all. I have contacted him many times, he seems anoyed with the situation. I have also e-mailed and mailed the flyer I made up to many vets and farriers in that area. Since she was not branded I have been told to just consider her gone. I had Head brand inspector for UT send my flyer out to all of the other neighboring brand inspectors since then. I have not heard anything. Myself and buddies have been driving past all of the port of entries with other horses since this happened and have not been stopped yet. The freeways are opened to all of the horse theives out there. It cost a lot of money getting health inspections, coggins tests, and brand inspections, and then no one seems to care to look at them anyway. I have heard they shut down most of the slaughter facilities. Do you know anything about that? Thanx for your help. Randy
