I just emailed you that he has been recovered and is home. I am so sorry – today has been a whirlwind.
He managed to open on side of the top of the trailer and made his exit at 70 mph onto the highway. Then he was hit by a car and luckily the people reported it or we wouldn’t have any idea where he was.
They searched for him (with no help) until I finally got the fire department to arrive. They located him but then had to catch him. After some time coaxing him they were able to get their hands on him and take him back to the farm that they picked him up from while the assessed the damages. He is banged, especially his front right leg, his teeth are chipped and broken, he has cuts over his eyes and road rash on his body.
He is alive! I’m floored, but grateful. And I apologize for not letting you know until now.
