Personal note from SHI: Lynn has called SHI and I now know the rest of the story. Soon Lynn will tell that story in her own words. As in many cases stolen horses are not taken seriously by law enforcement agencies. This is another one of those cases, except for one great trooper. Lynn had trouble from the reporting of the theft right through the recovery of Mariah. We can all learn from her ordeal. My hat is off to Lynn for her perseverance, to the trooper, the reporter, to her friends who were so helpful and to NetPosse volunteers. Never underestimate the power of one!
