Original Owner of horses under investigation by Trumbull County, Ohio, Animal Control. Surrendered horses to caretaker before they could be seized and authorized caretaker to sell. Wizard and York were purchased by Karen in Ohio, but she suffered from broken neck and had to delay taking possession of the horses. In the meantime, the original owner from Mineral Ridge, Ohio, allegedly took these two horses and several others she'd surrendered.
