There is a Law Enforcement report supporting that this is a criminal theft but St. Joseph County is treating each horse case by case. There were seven horses involved. Three were recovered quickly and a fourth is being held pending resolution. CRUISER (listed below) has been recovered and is home as of April 2, 2010!
