IF YOU ARE SHIPPING YOUR ITEM: We need all shipped items in the office IMMEDIATELY, so that we will have time to upload the items. These will need to be in the office by October 1, 2011, to be in the auction when it begins.
We will adding items for at least two weeks after the auction begins and will make all efforts to get late arrivals in the auction. If that's not possible, we can add the item as soon as it received, but we cannot guarantee it will be in this auction.
We do encourage donors to ship the donated items to the winners themselves as shipping is very time consuming process for the Metcalfes to do in such a short time period. However, if there is a possibility you or your company will not be able to ship (we understand this is a busy time of year), please be sure to send it to SHI, as SHI will be the one receiving any negative feedback if there is an issue.

Once an item has been committed to this auction, it cannot be resold or donated to another organization before, after or during this NetPosse auction without express, written permission from Debi Metcalfe. Any item not sold in this auction and in SHI's possession remains the property of SHI to use at a later date. Any items not sold and being held by donator, cannot be sold outside of this auction for a period of 30 days. If someone is interested in the item, they need to bid on it in this auction.
