When Idaho was taken from her North Carolina pasture, Debi quickly discovered that law enforcement lacked dedicated tools, specific registries, or public awareness programs regarding livestock larceny. Following an incredible tip that led to Idaho’s safe recovery in a Tennessee church parking lot, Debi fulfilled a sacred promise to pay it forward. Rather than closing the case file, she committed her life to ensuring no other horse owner would face that information vacuum alone.
