Description : horses were supposed to be boarded at local rescue. Person who signed the contract did not pay the bill. Rescue's former owner chased me for the bill and I agreed to pay it. When I went to pay the bill they refused the money. Issues are 501c non profit organization can't board horses (2) refusal of money (3) selling of stolen property (4) as the horses are my property and the contract says for boarding and storing to be in compliance with RSA 540AIIIno 7 & rescue owners threw me of the property and I have had no access to it since that date - rescue closed by state of NH on ll/04 so contracts are not enforceable, person who signed the contract did not pay the bill - breach of contract - rescue owners chased me for the bill and I went to pay it and the money was refused - lawyer changed court ordered payment plan ect and refused money - gelded stallion on 6-20-02 and did not pay for him and sold both him and race filly.
