On 10/13/2017 I signed an in-utero sales contract with ___________. I paid her in full on 10/16/2017 via Paypal. On 8/8/18 my bay filly "Arwen" was born. I've been getting updates in the last 4 months. This woman sold another foal I had an in-utero sales contract on and ripped me off of $1500. After that debacle she claimed the filly was mine and has nothing to do with that transaction, yet she stopped communicating after 12/17/18. I asked for updates on the filly and wanted to set up transport. I asked if she was weaned and ready to go. She never contacted me back after that time. She has refused to answer the phone or message me back. I've been trying to reach her since 1/21/19 about picking up my filly. She is a known breeder in the Gypsy community and often sells horses on consignment.
