In the process of moving my 16 horses and personal property from Damon Texas to Nebraska, I agreed to allow my Stallion Awesome Doc Irvin to be transported by ****** *******, her sister along with *****’s boyfriend who was helping us move. ****’s boyfriend offered to board my stallion until I could find a safe place for him in Nebraska in exchange for him to breed to a few mares he had lined up. Awesome Doc Irvin left the Damon ranch on June, 16th, 2017. He was supposed to go to a barn in Rosharon, Texas until I could return. Instead, I found out the following week he was taken to a barn on Jordan Road. I only found out because I had entered into an agreement with another party to purchase my mare, Lizzard Chic 0067. In the contract the mare was to be bred to my stallion. We took the mare over on or around June 23rd, 2017. Rowdy was in a round pen at the back of the property. There was a shed row type barn next to him. Due to issues that arose with the location to board my geldings, they were left at the same location as Stallion Awesome Doc and Lizzard Chic 0067 while I made the round trip up to Nebraska with my mares. I brought a set of livestock panels over to create a buffer zone between them and my stallion. Approx. 12 HD panels worth $2k. We returned about 5 days later for the geldings. When a call was received arranging a time to pickup, it was a blocked number telling me it was $30 a day in fees which I agreed to. We picked up the geldings on or about June 27th, 2017. I was refused to access to my other horses. I was furious but we left without causing a scene and because we were on a tight schedule with my geldings on the trailer. I vowed to return ASAP to get my horses and my panels once the geldings were settled in Nebraska. Upon returning on July 5th, 2017. When we went to pick up the panels and horses, we were confronted by **** ***** at the gate stated I don't own any horses, that I gave him my stallion, and that ***** owns the mare and he was keeping my panels for helping me move and I needed to get the hell out of Texas. I was shocked and feared for my safety since he was acting crazy. In conclusion. These horses are mine. I am the registered legal owner. I did not sell, trade or give them away. They were stolen from me along with my panels. They have been illegally moved to locations unknown.
