Do you want more people to see your product or service? Participating businesses will be prominently featured on our website (and shared with our network) with links to your business. In addition to our public promotions, each auction listing contains “support our donors” information listing contact details for you and your businesses, which hopefully brings you a larger audience for your business.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

Can you help us out with a donation of a product or service from your business because it will significantly help a victim in need? All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. Your donation can be as simple as a gift certificate to your business, a gift basket, or an item that spotlights your products.

WHY THIS FUNDRAISER?

We are raising funds to assist victims in our Victim’s Service program and our Educational Outreach Program, which have helped thousands over 26 years. Our victim’s program shows victims of missing and stolen horses how to conduct and execute a search for a missing horse, no matter how the horse is missing. It is one of our most expensive services, costing our nonprofit $10,000 annually. Our Educational Outreach Program teaches horse owners how to protect and identify their horses before the worst happens, costing us thousands yearly. Donations do not cover the cost of this program and are supplemented by our annual NeighBid fundraiser. 

ABOUT STOLEN HORSE INTERNATIONAL, INC., AKA NETPOSSE.COM

Missing horse problems have been commonplace in the horse industry, with thousands missing each year in various ways (theft, runaway, disaster-related, civil) since the old west days. Thieves and scammers are much more intelligent and utilize technology in many ways, thus making our services needed more than ever.  

Since November 2015, we have had 390 cases filed, of which 200 have been closed (51%). Of those cases, 106 were completed within seven days of being filed (27%).  We do not pass along missing horses “willy nilly” as many do on the internet. We only work with owners who file reports via our website, where we can do our best to verify their claims with law enforcement or through documents.
