Timmi's Story : Owner of the Oklahoma 10 Stolen Horses

I was sitting at Jones Sale Barn yesterday praying to God to help me find my horse to bring happiness back to the children I love so dearly and for him to help me keep my faith.

Then I get a text message from a very dear friend ,Cindy, says she just got contacted by a man in Jones that has a mare he thinks might be one of ours that just showed up at his place along with a phone number.

I call this man and he is only about three miles from where I was so my husband (James) gets directions and we head that way!

All the way over there I am still praying let it be ours, but telling myself it isn't so I don't get let down when it isn't one of ours.

Now mind you everyone has been telling me that they might just start dumping them to get read of them since we have turned the heat up so high. As we are driving down the road that the house is on really slow checking pastures and looking for this house, we pass a brick home with for people standing in the yard. A man, a woman, and two small children (a boy around 9 and a little girl around 6 or 7) waving us to pull in.

The man and boy walk up to the driver side and the ask James if he is Timmi . James says no that is my wife as he points to me. This little boy looks excited but nervous too. They point to the horse and said she is out there in a pin. The little boy tells me I think we found your horse. We are too far away for me to tell so I am looking as we walk in that direction because I can see it's back and as we get closer I can tell it isn't mine. I am trying so really hard not to cry because this little boy wanted it to be mine.

The little boy ask me are you sure after we go look at her because she looks just like your horse. I asked him how he knew this and he gets his phone out and goggles a web page( that I didn't know miss Cindy had mad) and pulls up a picture of my horses. The pic is dark and small so you really can't make out the white face markings on my horse. I kneel down and I show him the white markings and then get my iPad and show him a better picture.

OK10flyer1354.jpgI tell him yes sweetly that isn't my horse but you know what I now know I will find them. He asks how and I told him because of people like him and his sister helping us look. The children and I walk back over to where the adults are and I come to find out they are their grandparents.

Their grandma prides to tell us how much this little girl wants a horse and has been driving her papa nuts to get her one and how they were in the kitchen a couple of days earlier and the little girl looks out the window and gets really excited and I mean excited because she thinks her papa got her a horse. (I can only imagine it being like Christmas morning to this little girl and her prayers being answered.

Then two days or so later they either see the news or Facebook or people talking about these ten horses that were stolen from these people and children. These two little children drove their papa nuts for him to call and tell us they found our horse. Mind you knowing how bad these children wanted this horse for themselves they still wanted there papa to call.

Ok now I really want to cry because God had just shown me to angles from heaven in the form of two children. I looked at that little girl and told her God had answered her prayers so I knew he would answer mine for my children. Ok now that I have you both crying and I know you are because I am! Share my story because people need to know that there are still people raising their children right and they aren't all bad like the people putting us through all of this.

Miss Cindy if you wouldn't have sent me over there I would have lost all faith. I love you so dearly.
