1500$ REWARD

On November 29, 2023, I entered into a contract with the hauler for the transportation of my horse, Star; I prepaid $1,000 via the Cash App for this service.
The contract stipulated a delivery date of December 15, 2023, and included an 'either/or' clause. However, Hauler picked up my horse on December 11, 2023, earlier than the agreed-upon date.
Upon arrival on December 11, 2023, at approximately 2000 hours, Hauler forcefully loaded my horse into his trailer. His actions during this process raised concerns about my horse's safety and well-being.
On December 12, 2023, I communicated with Hauler, and he indicated that my horse would be delivered on December 13, 2023. I objected to this arrangement, as it did not align with the contract terms specifying the delivery date as December 15, 2023.
Our dispute escalated when I insisted on adhering to the contract terms, allowing for delivery until December 17, 2023. Hauler responded with anger, refusal to comply, and aggressive language. He subsequently refused to deliver my horse.
Hauler stated that he was in Florida on December 13, 2023, intending to deliver my horse. However, he failed to do so and instead became confrontational.
On December 14, 2023, Hauler was in the Lantana, Florida area but refused to deliver my horse as instructed. He declared his intention to take my horse and sell her, raising serious concerns about her safety.
Subsequently, Hauler transported my horse to West Virginia, where he resides. I reported this situation to law enforcement on the night of December 15, 2023, as Hauler did not arrive at the second drop-off location as instructed. It is worth noting that he had previously disrupted the initial drop-off due to an early arrival and financial disputes.
Haulers actions escalated to extortion, demanding board and food money while claiming my horse was in different locations. He subjected me to abusive and threatening phone calls, including claims of harming my horse and transferring ownership to himself.
Calls to both Palm Beach County and West Virginia law enforcement agencies did not result in adequate assistance or intervention.
I filed court papers in civil court on January 12, 2024, but it took more than three weeks for the court to serve the hauler.
As of my last communication with the hauler, he has failed to disclose my horse's location, charged me over $1,200, and has not delivered my beloved horse.
I kindly request the community prompt attention to this matter, as I believe haulers actions involve misconduct, extortion, and a potential threat to the well-being of my horse. I am deeply concerned for her safety and well-being and seek NetPosse ID assistance in addressing this situation.
