Hi Debi! This mare was reunited with her owner today. Thanks so much for
the help. There was a little "language barrier" and the man did not know
to call Animal Control. He did, however, see your ad on the internet. He
called last night, identified the mare and I took her to him this morning,
accompanied by the Sheriff Deputy. Now would you believe we had another
found horse come in yesterday? I will be making the report on him in just
