UPDATE 02/27/2008 - New, age-enhanced photo of Mary Nunes, now age 12, profiled on America's Most Wanted Website … Determined Marshals Search For Missing Child … U.S. Marshals won't give up on missing girl Mary Nunes, or on her father who waits everyday to hear from his precious daughter. Authorities have recently created an age-enhanced photo of what Mary may look now, at 12 years old. It's been three years since authorities say Mary was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Genevieve, and her step-father, Scott David Kelley, but cops haven't given up hope of finding her alive. This is a Federal Fugitive and Missing Child Case involving the owners of this horse. If we can locate the horse, U.S. Marshals might be able to locate the fugitives and find the missing child. Stolen Horse International, Inc. is working closely with the U.S. Marshals Service and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on this case by utilizing our resources in the equine community to help.

Case notes: In late November 2004, Genevieve and Mary NUNES (KELLEY) were scheduled to appear in court in New Hampshire for proceedings relative to health and welfare evaluations for MARY NUNES (KELLEY). Kelley and Nunes failed to appear as ordered by the court. The court then ordered the biological father of MARY NUNES (KELLEY) be named as her legal guardian. Genevieve Kelley, Scott Kelley and MARY NUNES (KELLEY) have not been seen since. Genevieve speaks fluent Spanish.
