Horse Reported Stolen From Stall At Florida Show Grounds

netposse_news2.jpgMARCH 26, 2013 PALM BEACH — A deputy from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office substation in Wellington was called to the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center on Tuesday evening after a show horse was discovered missing from its stall. According to a PBSO report, sometime between 8:40 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. the following morning, someone removed the Dutch Warmblood mare from a stall in a tent on the property. The stolen horse is dark brown and nine years old, and was taken with a black halter and lead rope. The horse is valued at approximately $100,000. There were no suspects at the time of the report.
