MISSING EQUINE-JADE-OKLAHOMA

HUGO (CHOCTAW COUNTY) OKLAHOMA July 31, 2017

Jade a much loved and missed paint mare left camp late Saturday July 29, 2017 and has not been seen since. Searching non-stop her owners are distraught and frantic with worry trying to find her. Jade left the camp wearing her halter and dragging the lead.

On July 31, 2017 Stolen Stolen Horse International, Inc. received the first online report on its website www.netposse.com and in short order began distributing the information via their NetPosse Alert (the horse community’s Amber Alert) on the internet to hundreds of social media groups and private email contacts in an effort to rally the public to help locate Jade.

Stolen Horse International, a non-profit organization also known as NetPosse.com is well known as the “lost and found” place for horses on the internet for the equine industry. NetPosse.com offers horse theft and equine ID education and assists in search and recovery of stolen or missing horses as well as other equine equipment.

Owner Rhonda Weatherford shares a very special bond with Jade and together they have ridden hundreds of miles of trails, Jade has been a part of the Weatherford family for ten years.

You will find Jade’s webpage with information at the NetPosse.com listing which is where any updates or leads will be posted. Anyone interested in helping can search for report number NR005291 or use this direct link on the NetPosse site

“Circulating the flyer for Jade as well as the NetPosse.com alert nationwide is imperative, as she could be anywhere by now. These flyers are one tool that brings home many horses and must be posted in as many public places as possible,” says Debi Metcalfe, founder of Stolen Horse International. “And remember not everyone has internet access. Please post Jade’s flyer in public places as well.”

Pictures, flyer, contact information, updates and other information are on the NetPosse webpage to identify this case quickly when calling when calling in a tip. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the owner Rhonda Weatherford at (479) 216-2545 or Stolen Horse International with any and all information.
