Your Horse Stories
- A Miracle
Called Idaho - 1998 story written to the many people who
helped in Idaho's recovery.

- Tap the Mint - It started back in the 60's when I first became involved with Thoroughbreds. I was intrigued with the number of really great horses that were from the *Mahmoud line.
- Who shot Wendy
in SC - After loving horses all my life and wanting to find a horse to share my life with, at age 36 I bought Wendy, a beautiful golden palomino QH mare. She was 2 ˝ years old and quite precious to me.
Her end came Monday morning October 11, 2004 when she was murdered while grazing in her “safe” pasture. I was told she had been shot. Flyer
available on Wendy's page.

Horse Breeds The first domestication of the horses was probably in the steppes of central Asia between 3000 and 4000 B.C. These first animals were kept for meat and milk. As early man became more mobile undoubtedly horses began to be used as pack animals.

euthanise a horse is not an easy one. Emergency situations
requiring euthanasia include certain critical injuries and
illness that leave the owner no choice but to end the
horse's suffering.
