SHI's Shipping Policy:
All items shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges will apply outside the Continental United States or for any purchase that cannot be shipped for the standard rate charged by the USPS for Priority mail.
SHI is not responsible for late, damaged, lost or misdirected mail.
- All payments must be in U.S. funds
- No PERSONAL Checks accepted.
- Businesses, organizations and clubs may pay by check after receiving written permission from Debi Metcalfe. (all checks subject to collections fees as permissible by the law)
- At the time of purchase, U.S. customers may select optional insurance.
- Replacements/refunds will only be considered if requested within 10 business days of receipt of item(s).
- Item(s) must be returned in the condition shipped before refund will be issued.
- SHI reserves the right to charge a reasonable re-stocking fee on returned merchandise.
- Under most circumstances, you will receive a replacement, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement (if not an insurance claim).
- Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis.
- There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS on microchips if returned OPENED, due to the fact that SHI has no way of knowing if the microchip is still sterile.
- If you do not purchase insurance, and the item(s) is damaged or lost during shipping, SHI is NOT responsible for a replacement or refund.
- UPS shippments by request.
- Insurance is REQUIRED for any orders paid for through a Non-verified PayPal account or shipped outside of the U.S.A.
- Contact SHI PRIOR to placing order for shipping & handling fees if outside the U.S.A or if another shipping method is preferred.
- Orders will NOT be shipped until funds have cleared SHI's account unless paid for by U.S. Postal Money Order or Credit Card.
- Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order as SHI's office hours flex due to speaking engagments and other related events.
- If the item is backordered, we will notify you of expected ship date.

Replacements/Refunds will not be given under any circumstances unless original product is returned or an official claim is filed with carrier. In the event, SHI agrees to refund money due to an error by the CUSTOMER, SHI reserves
the right to deduct any applicable fees incurred by SHI to process payment or refund.
