In 1997, Debi Metcalfe went out to her pasture, only to find that her horse Idaho had been stolen under the cover of darkness.It was almost a year before the call came that would once again reunite Idaho with her owner, a year that Debi spent establishing the
tools she now uses to help others through Stolen Horse International, aka
NetPosse.com or SHI.
Stolen Horse International is a federally registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable organization that receives all of our funding through private donations and identification products sold on the websie. We do not have federal or foundation grants or corporate sponsorship. We pride ourselves in keeping administration costs as low as possible and being good stewards of every donation we receive. Donations are tax deductable.
