Horse Slaughter Bill HR 503 --America's Dirty Little Secret Stolen
Horse International, Inc. is a nonprofit organization
dedicated to horse theft education and helping victims search for missing
horses. Not all stolen horses end up in slaughter facilities.
However, some do and and it is a fear a victim never shakes until they are
reunited with their missing horse. We offer this educational opportunity for
the visitors on the netposse.com site for these reasons.
